General Policy

By placing an order with Elite Peptides, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Temperature-sensitive items requiring refrigeration
• Items with broken seals
• Products returned without original packaging

This is in line with UK consumer hygiene and safety exemptions under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A description of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or full/partial refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued when:

• The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival
• The wrong item was supplied
• The order was cancelled before dispatch

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect storage after delivery
• Courier delays outside our control

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled due to the nature of the products.

Shipping & Delivery

• We are not responsible for courier delays.
• Customers must ensure deliveries can be received promptly.
• Tracked and expedited shipping is recommended where available.

Storage Responsibility

Many peptide products require specific storage conditions, including refrigeration.

• Responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery.
• Improper storage voids refund or replacement eligibility.

Compliance & Intended Use

• Research and laboratory use only.

Products are not intended for human consumption.

Refunds will not be granted for misuse or misunderstanding of product use.

Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Funds are returned to the original payment method.
